No Code No Cost
In the unlikely event that we can't decode your radio after physically connecting our computer and decoding system to it, we won't charge you for the decode & unlock attempt.
In cases like these there is usually another fault within the radio causing the problem.
After contacting you and discussing the options, we would return the radio to you.
Postage at cost would be taken off of any payment made by you, and the difference sent back in the form of a cheque.
Payment by other methods would be refunded in the same manner.
This guarantee is here because we have faith in our abliities to decode and unlock your audio system when your system is working correctly.
Please note:
The 'Code from Serial No.' service is not covered by our 'NCNC' guarantee.
If the code provided from the serial number will not activate your radio, send the radio to us for decoding and unlocking and we will deduct the cost off the price of our normal radio decode service.
In all other cases NO REFUND will be given.
